More bloody 4.0 weather. After yesterday's downwinder I was still feeling knackered and consequently the morning session was pretty sh*t as conditions were "challenging" (bonkers windy gusty chopfest) and my heart wasn't in it. Sailed for only 20 minutes. After lunch I was feeling more perky and consequently the afternoon session was a lot more enjoyable. 4.0 was pretty much spot on and I bagged a few short but nice rides. In raised spirits I decided to don the helmet and have a loop session but annoyingly this resulted in my mood taking a turn for the worse. I became increasingly frustrated when lack of suitable ramps, other people in the way or my lack of mojo prevented me from going for any and I soon got very tired and started sailing like a complete muppet. Makes me wonder if I'm putting myself under too much pressure to crack the damn move.
